We collect documents from the client and destroy them at our facility in accordance with GDPR, issuing a confirmation certificate. Our shredder is a high-class industrial machine that will destroy your documents thoroughly and securely.
Do you collect materials from the client's premises?
Yes, we provide convenient collection of documents and media directly from the client, and we take care of the loading ourselves.
Is data destruction fully confidential?
Yes, we guarantee full confidentiality and security throughout the entire process. Documents are collected in closed containers or sealed bags, and the whole process is continuously monitored by a supervisor.
What documents can I hand over for destruction?
We accept all types of paper documents and data mediathat contain information requiring secure destruction.
We handle both office documentationas well as archival, accounting and HR materials.
The most commonly handed over materials include:

Documents over 200 kg are priced by weight; we weigh the documents on site using an electronic scale, which allows us to immediately issue the appropriate documents confirming receipt of the documents for destruction
Can I deliver the documents myself?
Yes, that is possible – our facility is located 60 km from Warsaw, where we can receive you with your documents and destroy them in your presence.
