Common questions about price
- How much does document shredding cost?
- Up to 200 kg of documents costs PLN 400 net. That includes collection from your premises, loading and the certificate of destruction. Above 200 kg we charge by weight, measured on site.
- Is there a travel charge?
- Not within Warsaw – collection and loading are included in the price. For Piaseczno, Pruszków, Otwock, Legionowo and Grodzisk Mazowiecki we add PLN 100 net for transport. Other locations are quoted individually. The shredding rate itself is the same everywhere.
- How much fits in one bin?
- About 100 kg of paper – roughly the contents of a large filing cabinet. You do not need to take anything out: staples, punched pockets, folders and ring binders can all stay, our industrial shredder handles them without trouble. Binders take up more room than loose sheets, so you will fit correspondingly fewer of them.
- How much is 200 kg of documents?
- Roughly 100 averagely filled binders or 20 archive boxes. If you are not sure how much you have, call us and describe how much space it takes up – we will work it out together.
- How much does a document bin cost?
- PLN 300 net to have a lockable bin delivered for 7 days. After that we collect the bin with its contents and issue the certificate of destruction.
- How soon can you come?
- We collect documents on Tuesdays and Thursdays – those are the two days our driver is on the road. We confirm the exact time when you order.
- How is a job above 200 kg settled?
- We weigh the documents on an electronic scale on site, in front of you. That lets us issue the receipt documents immediately, and you pay for the actual weight.
